Rooted in Beaufort
Serving the military mission field and families of the Lowcountry since 1975.
Victory began when Wes and Dottie Millard were burdened for the military mission field of Beaufort. Services started in Shell Point Elementary School in November 1975, and the church later established its home on Parris Island Gateway.
Through decades of ministry, many have found a stable church home, many have come to know Christ, and many have been called into Christian service.
